Tim Thomas becomes the new principal of Annandale High School
After the retirement of Vincent Randazzo, former Annandale High School’s principal, the Atoms are proud to present his successor, Tim Thomas. He will officially take over the position of principal on August 4.
In the upcoming school year, Thomas will be serving his 24th year with FCPS. His career in FCPS started as a Spanish teacher at Centreville High School, but since then has made him a principal at Westfield and now the principal of Annandale High School.
He is very enthusiastic when it comes to his students; Thomas can frequently be seen taking photos with students at school events. He has the tendency to work diligently as well as attempting to make connections with students and faculty members.
“I value work ethic, a positive attitude, treating others with respect, taking responsibility for your actions and interpersonal relationships,” said Thomas.
Thomas has been recognized with awards for his work, such as the 2013 FCPS Principal of the Year.
Please join us in congratulating Tim Thomas for becoming the Atoms new principal, as we wish him a very successful tenure at Annandale High School.
