Café Le Matin de Paris is a French style bakery located next to the Annandale Fuddrucker’s. We drive by this small bakery at least four times a week because we live in the Annandale area but have never stopped to look inside and see what this bakery had to offer. As we stepped inside, the vast size and ambiance of the bakery astonished us.

With over 15 foot ceilings and a huge section dedicated to comfortable seating this bakery ranked best in our eyes for ambiance and style. After purchasing pizza bread and a custard doughnut to share we sunk into a comfy couch and put our feet up to enjoy our treats.

The food was simply delicious! The soft bread of the pizza was salty and sweet and gave our taste buds a little joy ride. The custard-filled doughnut was rich, coated in sugar and instantly became a favorite.

We definitely recommend you check out this bakery after school or on a Sunday afternoon with some friends if you are looking for a freshly baked treat. Café Le Matin de Paris sells coffee, pastries, bread, cakes, and lunch options. Their food is relatively cheap and satisfying.
