Which is healthier: treat edition
Cookies are not necessarily healthy, but there may be some better choices compared to others. Usually, cookies contain a lot of sugar and have little nutritional value so differing the healthier ones can be easy if you know what to do.
Gingerbread cookies:
Why you should pick: Ginger has small health benefits if consumed often. Some include helping an upset stomach or nausea.
Oatmeal raisin
Why you should pick: Raisins are great source of fiber and is low in fat and cholesterol.
Butter pecan cookies
Why you should pick: This cookie contains pecans which is filled with iron and fiber.
Lemon Meringue
Why you should pick: Lemons are loaded with vitamin C.
