Mini cracker pizzas recipe
This is a fun after school snack that is low in calorie and is simple to make.
You will need…
-Triscuit crackers (Any flavor)
-Tomato sauce
-Low fat mozzarella cheese
-Half of green bell pepper
Directions:
1. Warm up the sauce until a desired temperature.
2. Lay the Triscuit crackers onto a plate and place a small spoonful of sauce on the crackers.
3. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
4. Microwave the plate for 10-15 seconds.
5. Chop the bell pepper into small cubes while you wait.
6. Sprinkle the pepper on top of the crackers.
Fact: Adding the bell pepper will help you consume folate which will help promote cell growth and blood cell production.
