Quick after school snack: banana sqaures

This a treat with many substitutes.

This is an easy and tasty snack to enjoy after a long day at school.

You will need..

-One banana

-Nutella or any spread

-Plain cracker squares, or whole wheat sandwich bread

-Knife

Optional: nuts

Directions:

1. Cut the banana into slices.

2. Spread the nutella or spread of choice on your cracker or bread.

3. Add the banana slices on top of the nuttella or spread.

4. Sprinkle nuts on the top do add more protein.

Fact: Using whole wheat bread will make you less hungry compared to eating white bread because there are more nutrients.
