Breakfast meal: yogurt fruit cup
Ingredients Needed:
-Yogurt (preferably strawberry)
– Four strawberries
-One peach
-One banana
-Cereal (preferably bran)
-Knife
-Spoon
-Plastic cup
Optional: Any other fruits of your choice
Directions:
1. Take the cup and fill it with yogurt. It should be one fourth of the cup.
2. Cut up the four strawberries into four parts and take repeat the same with the peach and banana.
3. Add the cut-up fruit in the cup of yogurt. Make sure not to put too much; it should be halfway filled by now.
5. Add more yogurt in the cup until it is three fourths full.
6. Take the cereal of your choice and sprinkle some on top.
7. Either chill or eat right away.
Helpful Tip: You can make one the night before to save time preparing it in the morning.
