8-ounce bag of almonds
1/4 cup sesame seed
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried blueberries
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Step One: Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Step Two: With the canola oil lightly grease a 9-inch baking pan.
Step Three: Using a food processor grind the almonds .
Step Four: In a large mixing bowl combine the almonds and the rest of the ingredients listed above.
Step Five: Stir the mixture.
Step Six: Press the mixture into the baking pan. To make this easier,wet your fingers.
Step Seven: Bake for one hour.
Step Eight: After baking, let the bars cool inside the pan.
Step Nine: Slice them into a bar shape. This should make 20 bars
