PTSA launches online auction in support of All Night Grad
The PTSA has launched its annual online auction in an effort to raise money for the upcoming All Night Grad (ANG) Celebration. ANG is held for graduating seniors of AHS, and it is sponsored by the PTSA in an effort to provide students with a night full of fun memories as they graduate high school.
“Creating a safe and fun environment where the students can just hang out with their friends, make memories, eat food, and play games without worrying about anything else is so important,” ANG organizer Rheanna Bernard said.
Over 60 items and deals are now listed on the auction site, and bidders have the opportunity to capitalize on these items through April 26 when the auction closes.
I have always felt PTSAs are the best way to get to know the school environment and kids, the PTSA can give back to students and teachers in a way no one else can,” Bernard said. “ANG is important as a tradition to AHS, as we receive donations from groups that have been donating for decades.”
Prizes include restaurant gift cards, photography lessons, pieces of clothing, the Principal’s VIP parking spot, and so much more.
In addition to the current selection of prizes, AHS is currently soliciting donations to add to the already impressive selection.
Auction winners can pick up their items from AHS on Fri. April 28 from 4-6 p.m.
All Night Grad is one of many events put on for seniors to ensure lasting memories as they move on to new chapters in life, providing games, snacks, and activities for all seniors.
All Night Grad has become an integral part of graduation, largely due to the extensive fundraising efforts and commitment from the PTSA and the online auction.
