Upcoming college fair
With a little over 4,000 colleges and universities in the United States and 80 in Virginia alone, deciding which college is the best fit for you can be difficult. From big to small, private to public, urban to rural, every college is vastly different. Many students find the process of finding a college to attend exhausting and overwhelming and for the 32nd year in a row the Northern Virginia College Fair is hoping to alleviate some of the stress of finding the perfect fit.
The college fair is being hosted by George Mason University this year and will have admission representatives from about 200 colleges and universities. The fair will be on Wednesday March, 29 in the EagleBank Arena from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Admission to the fair is free with no prior registration required.
Admission workers will be available to help give students the necessary materials they need to select colleges and apply.
Parking will be free in lots A and L and students and parents are asked to arrive no earlier than 6:15 p.m.
