Culinary Arts made their own version of “Chopped” the popular tv show, notorious for serving a variety of different types of delicious food.
Culinary students were obligated to prepare a Gourmet course for their final and were judged on quality, taste and presentation by school staff.
The judges were served a range of delicious food from different countries and had the hard task of choosing the winner
There were 31 different dishes in total from culinary classes. Every group from each class had to prepare 2 dishes from a certain country. Additionally, they had to prepare a menu representing the country that they were representing.
Culinary Arts teacher, Michele Anwyll hosted the event much like this one last year and in her previous schools she taught.
The winner group got 5+ points added to their final and the honor of winning this year’s AHS version of “chopped”.
