The Annandale Coffeehouse is a bi-annual event held by the school’s literary magazine, The Filament. The Filament is an anthology of Annandale High School students’ literary writings and pieces of art. The Coffeehouse is organized in both the fall and the spring throughout the school year and is comprised of different performances from students. Poetry and musical performances were held in this year’s fall Coffeehouse. Talented performers such as Empyrean Heights, an a capella group, sang a few songs while others performed moving poetry instead.
