Students picked up their writing folders outside of the Publications Lab.

On September 12 and 13 English classes made their way outside publications lab to pick up their English Writing folders. These folders contain pieces that students have completed throughout their high school career.

“It can be a great for students to see their writing in the previous years,”  said English teacher Kathleen Mathis.

According to English teacher Catherine Gibson, looking at the folders showed students how much they have progressed over the years.

With the new year starting, teachers have started to distribute the writing folders to the freshman, and as the year progresses their folders will grow just as students’ folders have in the past.

“I like the writing folders because I like seeing how much my writing has improved and changed over the years,” junior Steve Aderton said.
