Just World event after-school

If you are still finding something to do after-school today, be sure to stop by the 9th annual Just World festival from 2:30 through 6 p.m for free.
Located in the Cafeteria, the festival offers food for sale, live music including Bolivian, Chinese, Lebanese, and AHS’ electric orchestra, an exhibition hall to learn about social causes and cultures, and workshops including yoga and dancing.
The theme of the event, Make Some Noise, promotes raising awareness and provides attainable methods to become involved with important social causes and issues.
The keynote speaker for the event, Peter Terr, will tell his story as a Sudanese refugee and his journey to the U.S.
