IB student and Varisty volleyball player, junior Kaitlyn Cook must manage her time.

Junior Kaitlyn Cook is a varsity volleyball player, that has a very busy schedule. But she says that she balances her day by using “time management.”

She works on homework until its time to go to volleyball practice. When its game time Kaitlyn focuses on spending quality time with her family. At night, Kaitlyn, spends time with her family.

Meanwhile on the weekend she relaxes and unwinds, but Kaitlyn said that “there isn’t anytime for that during the week because I am constantly doing schoolwork.”

A challenge Kaitlyn faces as a junior is taking IB classes because those classes are more rigorous than honors classes. IB classes are known to have a heavy weight on your GPA, which is also very nerve wrecking.

But she can still manage to go to practice and get everything done and have a good night sleep. She uses a lot of time management throughout her day.

A typical day for Kaitlyn looks like school, volleyball practice, homework, dinner, sleep, and repeat. Throughout her day, Kaitlyn uses a lot of time management.
