YNW Melly charged for two murders

A United States rapper, Jamell Maurice Demons, known as his stage name YNW Melly was charged with killing two of his friends.

He is known for his 2017 single “Murder on my Mind” which was number one on the U.S. Apple Music charts.

When Melly went on Genius to talk about “Murder on my Mind” he talked about having different personalities. He also talked about how he never meant to shoot who he shot and that he caught him by surprise.

He was charged on Wednesday for the shooting of YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy, which were killed last year.

He said on Instagram, “I am turning myself in today I want you guys to know I love you and appreciate every single one of y’all, a couple of of months ago I my two brothers by violence and now the system wat to find justice.”

He continued, “Unfortunately a lot of rumors and lies are being said but no worries god is with me and my brothers YNW Bortlen and we want y’all to remember it’s a YNW family.”

People on Twitter and other social media platforms were saying that he was arrested by the cops, but Melly is saying that he turned himself in. They are also saying that the song “Murder on my Mind” is him talking about how he killed them, but the song came out one year before.

YNW Melly and YNW Bortlen were accused of the murders. The police have said on Twitter that both of them, “staged the crime scene to resemble a drive-by shooting.”

Although it doesn’t make any sense why they would want to kill two of their closest friends.
