Jackass: Bad Grandpa disappoints
Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa, hit the audience hard with the laughs, pranks and crude humor that the franchise never fails to bring to the big screen. The plot revolves around character Irving Zisman (Johnny Knoxville) who travels across the United States to return his grandson, Billy (Jackson Nicoll) to his father. In the beginning, the audience will be surprised to learn that this film contained a plot, considering that the Jackass series is known for strictly containing pranks and stunts.
Sadly, deviating from the traditional Jackass style disappointed audiences across the country. The jokes and pranks in the film barely lived up to their expectations. Half of the movie contained forced pranks and unnecessary harassment to strangers.
The stunts in the movie were not as extreme as they were in previous Jackass films. The biggest mistake was stepping away from the traditional Jackass style.
