Space-saver picture frame DIY
Graduates, take your fondest memories with you to college with this space-saving way to hang pictures.
Materials:
- Picture Frame, about a 12″ wide x 16″ tall
- string or wire
- photographs (or other favorite items like ticket stubs or post cards)
- nails (about 8 or 10)
- hammer
- clothes pins
Process:
- If you wish to decorate or paint your picture frame, do so now. Let dry if necessary.
- Hammer a nail on each side of the front of the picture frame about 2″ from the top of the frame. Repeat a few inches lower, taking care to leave room in between rows.
- Tie a piece of string or wire from one nail to the other. Repeat with each set of nails.
- Use the clothes pins to hang photographs from the string.
- Your DIY space-saving picture frame is complete!
